We are a proudly West Australian owned and operated training organisation, specialising in Fire Safety, WHS and Emergency Preparedness training, led by our Executive Management team boasting over 40 years of collective experience in a wide array of training delivery and safety-related services.

Training
Our proudly West-Australian owned and operated training organisation was established in 2011, with accredited training introduced in 2021.
Training and assessing is our core business and we take pride in delivering quality training (accredited or non-award/customised short courses) to our clients with flexible delivery options in the workplace or at our centrally located, fully equipped training facility in East Perth.
Client Support
Our organisation boasts a history of over 12 years of specialised training in safety and emergency response, led by our Senior Management team with over 40 years of combined experience in quality education & training delivery.
We pride ourselves in providing a welcoming, healthy and happy environment, with high-level and dedicated customer service and learner support, in addition to niche training options to meet the needs of our clients.

In addition to our range of training options, Essential Training works with a team of industry experts to provide a wide array of safety-related services including auditing, equipment testing, consulting and development required to meet AS3745 – 2010, AS4083 – 2010, AS1851 – 2012 and the Work Health and Safety Regulations within your workplace.

Independent Tertiary Education Council Australia (ITECA)
ITECA Membership enables Essential Training to be part of a growing community of independent RTOs that share a commitment to excellence in training services and offers several benefits for RTOs including regular updates on skills training, and industry issues, or changes impacting the sector. Additionally, ITECA membership provides opportunities to meet with regulatory bodies for advice on compliance best practices, along with participation in various interest groups that review ongoing employer, business, and industry changes or issues.
ITECA is held in high regard in the political landscape and is a strong advocate for the independent tertiary education sector, providing members with details to make informed business decisions and contribute to government policy reforms.
ITECA membership also provides Essential Training with extensive industry networking opportunities along with industry-specific events and conferences to keep abreast of important changes and updates, empowering our team with vital information to continuously enhance their knowledge of all things related to education and training.
